Privacy Policy

We at Stinger Paintball Designs believe that your privacy is important. We do not do any collecting of information with cookies or other forms of data collection. At no time will we ever sell, rent or distribute your information to anyone, for any reason. For billing purposes only, the only companies that will receive details are Global Pay (our secure credit card processor) or Paypal through our shopping cart also employing a secured server with credit card encryption.

Sales Tax

By law we are required to collect sales tax for all items shipped within California only. No other states are charged sales tax.

Returns

ALL our custom products are made to order in the USA, not purchased off the shelf of a warehouse. Our products are accurately describe on this website, including pictures and customer reviews. Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your product that is the fault of SPD we will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase.  

For returns on custom hoppers: Each hopper comes with the manufacturer's recommendations for care and upkeep. Additionally you will receive special instructions regarding the care of your new custom hopper.

Although we only use high-grade paints, then seal the work several times with clear coat, it is susceptible to damage from rough handling as well as from misuse of abrasive or corrosive chemicals or cleaners. Sharp objects should never be used to clean the inside. Your SPD hopper should only be cleaned using water and a soft cloth, than allowed to air dry for as long as possible before your next game. As some paintballs may have an acidic content, paint should never be allowed to remain inside the product for an extended length of time.

Nicks and scratches are considered normal wear and tear. Should your custom hopper exhibit any signs of flaking or peeling within thirty days of purchase, you may contact Stinger Paintball Designs to discuss our procedure for evaluation. If the condition is determined to be a defect, rather than the result of improper care, we will repair or replace your hopper at our discretion.

The following criteria may apply based upon our determination with each individual customer:

  • Product must be returned with original receipt and detailed description of complaint.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We will not accept merchandise sent postage due.

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

  • Returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

  • All Credit Card/Paypal refunds will be assessed a 5% fee.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances.

For returns on custom grips: Each grip comes with care and installation instructions and a 30 day warranty. Over tightening the screws may cause the panels to crack! Should you have an issue you may contact Stinger Paintball Designs to discuss our procedure for evaluation. If the condition is determined to be a defect, rather than the result of improper care, we will repair or replace your grips at our discretion. 

The following criteria may apply based upon our determination with each individual customer:

  • Product must be returned with original receipt and detailed description of complaint.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We will not accept merchandise sent postage due.

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

  • Returned merchandise may be charged a 30% restocking fee.

  • All Credit Card/Paypal refunds may be assessed a 5% fee.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances.

Should you accidentally order the wrong grips for your gun, we will replace them for a $15 fee. However, to qualify, you must return the grips and screws in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt and make arrangements for payment. 

For returns on Soft Ears: Should you have an issue with your soft ears you may contact Stinger Paintball Designs to discuss our procedure for evaluation. If the condition is determined to be a defect, rather than the result of improper care, we will replace your soft ears at our discretion.

The following criteria may apply based upon our determination with each individual customer:

  • Product must be returned with original receipt and detailed description of complaint.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We will not accept merchandise sent postage due.

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

  • Returned merchandise may be charged a 30% restocking fee.

  • All Credit Card/Paypal refunds may be assessed a 5% fee.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances.

Should you accidentally order the wrong the soft ears, we will replace them for a $15 fee. However, to qualify, you must return the soft ears you received in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt and make arrangements for payment. 

For returns on all other product: Contact us immediately by email or phone if you have any concerns so we determine the best procedure for evaluation.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. Returns and refunds are only accepted on merchandise that has not had an attempt to open, use, wear, fire, modify, unpackage, gas-up, test, etc.

Cancellations

All custom product orders are final unless there is an issue that is the fault of SPD. Please see Returns Policy.

If after placing an order with Stinger Paintball Designs, you decide that you do not want the order, you must contact us within the same day as order placed the receive full refund.

Cancellations or changes to your order after this time frame are reviewed on case by case basis.

Refusing to accept the delivery of your Stinger Paintball Designs order does not constitute a cancellation of that order and will not be credited or returned to you.

Warranty

We are not a warranty repair station. For warranty repair please refer to the product's manufacturer. We do not test any guns. Complete hopper systems are tested for functionality before the leave us and are warranted by the manufacture. Each manufacturer's specific warranty policy is stated in their warranty section. Please contact the manufacturer directly for defects or warranty questions. This is a standard online store policy.

Disclaimer

Stinger Paintball Designs expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or injury arising from your purchase sold by our store. Please note that paintball equipment may be prohibited or restricted in your area. As the buyer, you should follow all local laws and ordinances in your state regarding paintball equipment, including age limitations on purchases.

We will not accept returns on the basis of the restrictions imposed in your area. International customers are responsible for paying tariffs, duties, custom charges and/or fees imposed by their country for allowing the purchased products to enter. International customers are also responsible for laws governing the purchase, possession and/or use of paintball equipment in their country. Stinger Paintball Designs will not refund or accept a return from an international customer due to the restrictions placed upon such equipment by their country.

Payment Methods

Stinger Paintball Designs offers convenient payment methods when shopping for products on our website. As the customer, you may choose to proceed through checkout with Paypal or make a direct payment by phone or fax using AMEX, Visa, Master Card or Discover Card. The information you provide to SPD using our credit card form will remain confidential. We will never sell or pass information to any third party. The only companies that will receive details are Global Pay (our secure credit card processor) or Paypal for billing purposes only. We also accept money orders and checks.

Ordering By Fax:

  • After you have added your items to the shopping cart, calculated your shipping cost, print out a copy of the Shopping Cart using the landscape method from your print options.

  • Click on the money tree icon below to access the credit card form.

  • Complete the credit card form and fax with a copy of your shopping cart to 951-696-2522.

  • Your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.

Ordering By Phone:

  • After you have added your items to the shopping cart, calculated your shipping cost, print out a copy of the Shopping Cart using the landscape method from your print options.

  • Contact us by phone at 951-461-6662 to complete the process. If we are unavailable PLEASE leave a message and we will return your call as promptly as possible.

Payment by Money Order/Check:

  • After you have added your items to the shopping cart, calculated your shipping cost, print out a copy of the Shopping Cart using the landscape method from your print options.

  • Make checks or money order payable to Stinger Paintball Designs, Inc.

  • Send to Stinger Paintball Designs, P.O. Box 953, Murrieta, CA 92564.

  • Be sure to include a copy of your order and your email address so we can get in touch with you for shipping confirmations or questions regarding your order.

  • Upon receipt of your payment by money order your order will be processed and shipped within the 3 to 5 days needed to process your order.

  • For payments by check your order will be processed and prepared to ship upon confirmation that your check has cleared the bank.

Shipping Time Frame
We at Stinger Paintball Designs understand how anxious our customers are to receive their packages as quickly as possible and we pride ourselves on our great service and fast shipping. ALL custom products are made to order based on customer's needs and desires. New or altered artwork may take longer to create to meet your requests. Our database of existing designs continues to grow as we add artwork to new templates. Custom hoppers may take a little longer depending on the process involved and drying time.

Please remember, this product is custom made, not purchased off the shelf of a warehouse. Each custom paintball product gets individual attention and we take great pride in the quality of our work and believe in superb customer service and your complete satisfaction!

Upon receipt of your payment, the average time to make and ship your custom paintball product is within a 3 to 5 business day time period. This may change due to high rate of volume.

Shipping in the US

We offer a flat rate of $8.50 for Priority Mail on Custom Hoppers. Items not charged shipping are sent First Class Mail with delivery confirmation with option to upgrade to priority mail. If you prefer a faster shipping method, please contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise (etc).

International Shipping

We use USPS for international shipping. Typically the paintball hoppers will ship International Airmail for a fee of $13.50. Product offered with free shipping is sent international airmail/first class mail. International Priority Mail is available as an upgrade to free shipping.

The United States Post Office does not track first class packages outside the U.S. and we are not responsible for items held up in International Customs Departments. Should you experience a delay in receiving your package in a timely manner it is suggested that you contact your local Customs and provide them with the Customs Declaration number provided by us at the time of shipping.  We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise (etc).

Shipping fees do not include Custom/Broker fees as well as any taxes that may apply to your order. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the laws for importing paintball equipment in your country. Stinger Paintball Designs is not responsible for items confiscated by Customs.

Insurance

Insurance is optional for USPS. However, If you choose not to select insurance, Stinger Paintball Designs will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen merchandise (etc). Please contact us BEFORE making your purchase if you want this option.

Tracking Shipments

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email. This will include a tracking number if you used a courier method. Please  be sure to check your spam filter as these e-mails tend to get caught in these filters. If your package was shipped UPS you can track your package through the following link www.ups.com and enter your tracking number.

Priority Mail/First Class Shipping Confirmations cannot be tracked until the package has been delivered to its destination.

Please note, that tracking/confirmation numbers are not good until the package has been scanned into their computers and the information post to their website. So it may take up to 24 hours after you receive your tracking/confirmation number for it to give real time information about your package.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

Packages shipped through the US Post office can be delivered to a post office box. However if you have choose to have your item shipped through UPS then your package must be delivered to a street address.

During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. If can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address within the United States. For fraud protection purposes, we require that the billing address information match what is on file with the credit card company.
